There's Something Afoot In The Team Fortress Mann-sion

Over on the Team Fortress site, there are a couple of odd bloodstains on the logo header.

The bottom most stain leads us to what appears to be a birth certificate for three children; Redmond (RED), Blutarch (BLU) and a third child Gray. This is giving the community food for thought as we may find out what is actually going on when we hit 2nd September, the birthday of the three children.

The upper most stain takes us to what appears to the be the last will and testiment of Zepheniah Mann, father of the children. With a story of how they left London in order to explore the new lands, catching every disease going and ending with probably the most interesting statement so far "Lastly to most trusted Elizabeth I leave the entirety of my 'miracle' gravel cache, uncovered with Barnabus during a trip to Terra Austalis. My weakling son Gray resurfaced last year and has threatened to blackmail me for it".

Could it be we're going to get a third team introduced to Team Fortress 2? It would certainly be an interesting twist to the current formula. Or could we see another special event similar to the Horseless Headless Horsemann Halloween shenanigans we're used to.

Only time will tell and as soon as we have more information we will bring it to you

This is all very mysterious and criptic!
Looking forward to seeing what comes of this in September. It hints in the letter that Red and Blu teams may have to work together - maybe they have to work together to overcome the 3rd son / team Grey?

I loved the Headless Horseman thing. It's only really when events like that happen I re-install TF2. Looks like I'll be installing it again, because either for a limited event like the HH, or an entirely new team colour to be added (which leaves me thinking three teams fighting at the same time, which sounds like awesome), I'm sure I'll get a little more fun out of it.

I just love the way theyve gone about things, It would have been easy for Valve to say 'were adding another team - this is the circumstances' but if you look at the video in the most recent news post they have done, you can see they have done it a whole load more subtle than that.
