CD Projekt Red Announces Gwent The Game

CD Projekt Red Announces Gwent The Game

Ever popular in-game game Gwent from The Witcher 3, is officially becoming a standalone game. Announced at Microsoft's E3 2016 presentation, Gwent is entirely standalone and will be bigger and more expansive than its Witcher 3 counterpart.

Coming to console and PC, Gwent will support cross-play as well as a single player campaign. Featuring new cards, a new redesigned UI and higher quality art. Not only that, Gwent will feature multiple factions for you to take part in; Skellige Warriors, Northern Realms, Scoia'tael and of course Monsters. More are expected with expansions, but CD Projekt Red promises the game at launch will be packed full content.

Gwent: The Witcher Card Game will be arriving in September and will be first on PC and Xbox One. If you want your chance to play early then sign up to their beta here
