Destiny makes history as the UK's biggest new IP
Official figures have confirmed that Destiny has had the biggest launch of a new IP in the UK. The day one shipments of the sci fi shooter were estimated to exceed over $500 million in units proving that the game was highly anticipated. Ubisofts open world hacking game Watch Dogs was the previous record holder being beaten by Destiny the day it released on September 9th.

- Wolfenstein: The New Order
- Infamous: Second Son
Destiny is expected to have a 10 year life span with more promising content on the way, time will tell whether the game lives up to the hefty expectations set by Bungie but sales are proving to indicate that players are willing to take a bet on this epic shooter.
