DiRT Rally Out Today

The next DiRT game from Codemasters is out today for PC and is also Early Access. Titled DiRT Rally, the game is an off-road simulation and features more unforgiving handling than any of the previous entries. 

This Early Access version has 17 cars and 36 stages from three locations, these being Wales, Monte Carlo and Acropolis. The damage you take during a stage is repairable but to a limit. As you'll only have a certain number of engineers and a limited window of time. The rewind feature from earlier DiRT entries has been scrapped to put an emphasis on endurance. 

Microtransactions will not feature in the game and all updates will be free to those who've purchased it. The first of these updates will be Pike's Peak hill climb, due out in May.
