After Hugh Laurie had expressed interest in taking on the role of the villain in the RoboCop remake but subsequently dropped out, the part has now been filled.
Michael Keaton, best known as Bruce Wayne/Batman in Tim Burtons Batman and Batman Returns, will take on the role of Raymond Sellars, the CEO of OmniCorp, the company that builds the cyborg police officer.
