John Smedley Leaves Daybreak for New Company

Former Sony Online Entertainment CEO John Smedly has left  H1Z1 developer Daybreak Game Company for an unknown "New Company".

Last month, Smedley, who famously was the victim of a bomb scare orchestrated by notorious bunch of bored teenagers Lizard Squad, stepped down from the role of president of Daybreak and there was some uncertainty as to what was next. Holiday? A new role at the same company? It was all a bit tight lipped.

On August the 13th, he updated his facebook profile with the following cryptic message.

As to where Mr Smedley is heading next... no one knows as yet, it might be a new venture, or maybe a new role in an existing company.
