More Woes for Nintendo as Stock is Stolen... Again

Nearly a year after Nintendo had a truckload of special Splatoon editions stolen, The big N are once again reeling from a major theft. This time, a lorry load of unnamed games was broken into with thieves making off with thousands of pounds worth of games. 

There's been no word so far on what it was that was stolen but some users have expressed concern over the internet that with the launch of Star Fox: Zero coming this week, that it may be their beloved shooter which has been stolen. Fortunately, there have so far been no reports to suggest that this is the case.

It's worth noting that the Splatoon heist was a much more sophisticated, likely organised, theft. In that, the entire lorry was stolen and sadly no stock was ever recovered. This latest theft, reported recently by Northamptonshire Police bore marks more akin to an opportunist crime, with the fabric side of the lorry being cut open to reveal the stock inside while the driver was sleeping.
