Official DualShock 4 PC Adaptor Coming
Previously we shared the rumored news that Sony were making an adaptor for PC to support the DualShock 4. Now, with the official announcement of PlayStation Now coming to PC, it's been now confirmed that there will be indeed an adaptor arriving in September.
It's the first time that Sony has officially support their PlayStation controller on PC. Although, the PS4 and other PlayStation controllers have worked on PC, but this has been through unorthodox means, like using third party adaptors or custom Bluetooth drivers.
This new adaptor works pretty much in the same way as Microsoft's Xbox One adaptor, you plug it in via USB, pair up the controller and you're good to go.
It's designed for Sony's new PlayStation Now service and may not be compatible with other PC services like Steam. But we won't find that out till the 15th of September when the adaptor goes on sale for £19.99.
