Red Ash will be made with or without a sucessful Kickstarter

Red Ash is a game that has received alot of mixed feelings, on the one hand this may very well be a amazing experience for alot of people and another boon for Keiji inafunes company Comcept. On the other hand, why fund a game when we dont even have his first game yet Mighty No. 9.

Well this game no longer needs to worry about funding because now it is publisher funded. It was recently announced on the Kickstarter page that Fuze entertainment is going to fund the rest of Red Ash even with a failed Kickstarter.

So now they guarantee that the prequel story. "The KalKanon incident" will be a part of Red Ash and have at least 8 hours worth of game play. The rest of the funding from the Kickstarter will now go toward additional content for the game at a later time.

One quote to note from the Kickstarter page, "With this new development, it is necessary to explain exactly what will change in regards to game content if we clear our initial goal of $800,000. We updated our Stretch Goal graphic so that users can see the changes at a glance!" If this is to be taken literally it means that these bonuses still may not come if they do not obtain 800,000 dollars.
