Risen 3 - Back to The Roots

Piranha Bytes has announced that it's third game in the Risen series will be a return to their roots of Gothic adventure in the days when RPGs flatly refused to hold the hands of the players and walk them through every single quest, encounter and area.

The Three factions of Guardians, Voodoo Pirates, and Demon hunters are waiting for you to join them on your quest to reclaim your soul.

Oh, and as the voice-over points out, when it's dark... players can "nick anything that's not nailed down. As long as they're not spotted."

Add this to the return of crystal magic from Risen , crafting and more quests than you can shake a sword at and it all sounds fun to us :D
