Sony Has Sold Over 20 Million PS4s

During their GDC press conference last night Sony revealed that as of the 1st March, they have sold over 20.2 Million PS4 units worldwide since its launch in November 2013. This makes the PS4 Sony's fastest growing console to date.

To put that into perspective, the PS3 sold 80 Million units over seven years, while the PS2 remains one of the best selling consoles of all time shipping over 150 Million during its lifespan.

A number of PlayStation 4 exclusives are still making their way to the console this year with the likes of Bloodborne and Uncharted 4 expected to boost sales of the console even higher.
