The Sims 4 to Have Premium Content?

It was quick enough to miss, but when the 20 minutes of in-game footage were shown, there is a moment where the gallery shows this:

It happens at 13:26 and says:

Become a Premium member to get early access to 3 new packs, with exclusive items. Your Sims can throw a spooky costume party, camp in the great outdoors, and toast to the new year in style.

Before it is quickly clicked away from and the Community selection is shown.

So far nothing has been said about it, but given EA's previous Premium foray with Battlefield 4, it is likely they will charge a one-off fee to get early access to expansion and Stuff packs.
