The Witcher 3 Mod Tools Now Available

CD Projekt Red in partnership with Nexus Mods have released the official mod toolkit to allow PC owners of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to freely modify the game. 

The toolkit available at Nexus mods allows you to extract, import and export the in-game textures, models and objects and modify them to your hearts content. All the tools needed for modders to create new weapons, armor or even their own characters and bring them into expansive world of The Witcher 3.

Previously some mods were available for The Witcher 3 from launch, but these were merely modified game data to increase inventory space, EXP or give Debug options. One of the most popular mods to the game was the custom Reshade mod. Which enhanced the visuals of the game adding with different effects to create a more immersive experience.
