25 Years of Blizzard, 11 years of World of Warcraft.

Blizzard turned 25 this year. The US-based developer were formed on 8th February 1991 and since then, have gone from strength to strength. They've certainly come a long way since RPM Racing on the SNES back in 1991. Blizzard are one of the biggest in gaming now and with Overwatch and World of Warcraft: Legion both coming in 2016, they are set to become even bigger. 

The 11th February also marked the 11th Birthday of the company's biggest franchise. World of Warcraft is now 11 years old. In an anniversary video uploaded to YouTube, Blizzard staff reminisced on the launch of the game, showing the lengths of some of the midnight launch queues that circled entire parking lots.
