3D Realms Release Ion Maiden into Early Access

Publisher 3D Realms and developer Voidpoint have announced, and released, a retro-inspired first-person shooter Ion Maiden. 

Playing as Shelly "Bombshell" Harrison, a bomb disposal expert for the Global Defense Force, as she hunts down a cult leader and their army in Neo DC. Players can expect plenty of running and gunning in this retro-inspired title complete with visuals and gameplay to match. You can see the game in action in the above trailer. 

Ion Maiden is planned to release in full later this year but is currently in early access for PC, Mac and Linux.
