Apex Legends September Soiree Event Starts... And Is Promptly Delayed

Last night, Respawn Entertainment dropped a surprise event for their movement based battle royale shooter Apex Legends. The event, The September Soiree, promised unique rotating game modes every week, starting on 8th September and finishing on 5th October. Less than twelve hours later however, the party had to come to a stop after a bug was discovered that would cause frequent server crashes.

The current gamemode, ‘DUMMIES Big Day’ was intended to run until 15th September but has been suspended while they attempt to fix the issue. It is unsure at this time if this delay will cause the events timetables to shift.
