Blizzard Releases Diablo IV PC Requirements

Blizzard Entertainment has revealed the requirements for its upcoming Diablo IV on PC. The full list ranges from the minimum specs in native 1080p/720p at 30fps all the way up to 4K 60fps. We feel the requirements are actually quite reasonable. While they differ a bit from what players saw in the Open Beta last month, most modern rigs should still be able to run the game without issue. Blizzard does recommend installing Diablo IV on an SSD regardless of being on the lowest settings — let's face it the time of the HDD is over. The new requirements have been formed using data Blizzard collected during its Early Access and Open Beta weekends. Despite what settings you intend to play on Diablo IV will take up 90GB of space so best be prepared.

Diablo IV will support cross-play and cross-progression for console and PC players.

Blizzard also confirmed Diablo IV will run at 4K, 60fps on the Xbox Series X. There is no confirmation at this time regarding if the PlayStation 5 will also perform at those settings. But it is assumed so as it did during the Open Beta. Both Xbox and PlayStation are expected to support couch co-op.
