Bluehole Inc Announces PUBG Corp
Bluehole Inc, the developers of PlayerUnkown’s Battlegrounds the popular Battle Royale style title, have announced a shake up in their organisational structure; the result being PUBG Corp. with a focus on the development on PUBG.
PUBG drops 100 players into a large map to scavenge weapons and fight to the last man standing. Selling over thirteen million copies and surpassing the record for most concurrent users on Steam, with over 1.5 million active players in the game, it is not surprising that this title is getting it own subsidiary of Bluehole Inc.
Chang Han Kim, the lead on development of PUBG, has been appointed with the task of leading PUBG Corp and becoming the Chief Executive of this new organisation, with Woonghee Cho, former CEO of Maui Games, as its Chief Operating Officer.

The creation of PUBG Corp is reassurance to the fans that, Bluehole Inc have every intention to continue funding development for PUBG. An office has already been established in the United States and more offices in Europe and Japan are in the works.
PlayerUnkown’s BattleGrounds is available now on Steam Early Access and will be launching on the Xbox One as part of their Xbox Game Preview program late 2017.
