City Update For Millennium Whisper Available Now

Independent developer and publisher Parable Studios have released the first major update to the dating-sim role-playing game, Millennium Whisper.

The ‘City Update’ adds a range of upgraded features alongside a new city map so players can build on their STEM, Humanities, Reputation and other stats as well as more hidden events to discover.

Players can now find now locations via exploring on your own or selecting them when you have a date or want to meet up with people, with each location having their own secrets and events tied to it to discover.

The colourful world of Escafield has also been updated with new environmental art as well as new seasonal character outfits to add a visual enhancement to the game, as well as tweaks to the A.I. engine to allow much lower memory usage in later updates and will remember more and less likely to be confused.

The ‘City Update’ has reworked more than half of the in-game backgrounds like the school locations and most of the activities within the city map, as well as new borders and UI elements to enhance the visuals.

Set in 1999, Millennium Whisper takes a fresh approach to ethical use of AI in videogames by employing AI trained by real actors portraying the cast who are compensated with royalties for their creative contributions.

Millennium Whisper is available now on Steam and is the first on-device AI video game on the platform.
