Dauntless Heads into Open Beta Next Month

Developer Phoenix Labs have announced that they are going to finally release an open beta for their upcoming, Monster Hunter inspired title Dauntless next month.

The game will enter open beta worldwide next month on May 24. The game has been in closed beta since September 2017.

An open beta was always planned to be available before its official release and was expected earlier in the year, but was pushed back to for improvements and to allow the team to incorporate the feedback they have been getting from closed beta players.

Now with the open beta next month, it marks Phoenix Labs next major phase of development as part of its four-year development plan.

Dauntless will be available sometime in 2018 as a free-to-play PC title.
