Disney Dreamlight Valley's Return to Beast Castle Update is Live; Check Out the Trailer!

The newest free major update, named Return to Beast's Castle, is officially available in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Players can look forward to more than just a new part of the story, as the update arrived with various new features, including a new Star Path!

First, let's talk about Beast and his castle. It's time to go back and restore peace to the halls once more in hopes of saving Lumiere and Cogsworth and bringing them back to the Valley! As always, players can look forward to various missions with them, including Friendship Quests and rewards, once they move in.

Itching for more Beauty and the Beast content? The new Dream Bundle is all about them! Help the couple remake their very first dance, unlock a new Dream Style for each of them, and even get your own ballroom-worthy dress! It's available to get now for 4,000 Moonstones.

As long as Belle and Beast have their new styles equipped, the two will have a special interaction whenever they pass by one another in the Valley as a reminder of their eternal love.

Players who love taking pictures or participating in the weekly Dreamsnap challenge will be happy to know some quality-of-life improvements have been made to the camera. A new wide-angle lens feature allows showcasing the Royal Phone Case and backgrounds, and Night Thorns, Splinters of Fate, and Inkies can all be toggled off during camera mode.

There are also various Premium Shop items to look forward to, all Halloween-themed! From new pets, furniture, and clothing to the Star Path itself: there's plenty of spooky new items for everyone!

The October celebration crescendoes on the 15th (and ends on the 31st), when the Trick-or-Treat event returns! Veterans can expect new rewards this time around, too.

That's not the only new adventure, either, as the Haunted Floating Festival begins on the 22nd of October. Players will step through a new mysterious portal straight into a new mystery! They'll have until the 11th of November to solve the puzzles and get the various treasures.
