Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze Swinging to Nintendo Switch
During the recent Nintendo Direct Mini it was confirmed that Wii U title Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is coming to the Nintendo Switch.
The side-scrolling platformer was released back in 2014 for the Wii U and the newest version will see the option to play as Funky Kong. The character is seen as the "beginner-friendly mode". Additionally the Switch version will include local co-op multiplayer offering a new way to play.
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is set to release on 4th May.

I feel like now will be a good time to pick this up cheap on the Wii U! Looks like the best of the Wii U is going to end up on the Switch. Hopefully Captain Toad will make its way to the Switch in some form, that seems like a really good pick up and play title.
