Double Fine Studios Join Xbox Game Studios as Psychonauts 2 Gameplay Revealed

Tim Schafer, looking these days more like a supermarket own-brand version of Kevin Smith than ever took to the stage for the Xbox E3 presentation this evening. He was there to announce that his studio Double Fine are joining Ninja Theory, Rare, and plenty of other top quality studios as part of the Xbox Game Studios family.

Whilst he was there, the industry legend also gave us a new trailer for [profilfe]. This is the first time we've seen real gameplay from the title, and it's looking just as awesome as the classic original. Double Fine confirmed on Twitter that the crowdfunded game will still be coming to all promised platforms, but it'll be published by Xbox Game Studios on those platforms.
