Fae Farm Saved by New IP Acquisition!
Developed and published by Phoenix Labs, Fae Farm is a farming simulator RPG with various magical areas to explore in the literally enchanted island of Azoria.
The title released back on the 8th of September 2023, and while it wasn't always smooth sailing, it did pretty well. Unfortunately, Phoenix Labs announced that the servers would be closing down, essentially removing one of Fae Farm's biggest appeals (and core mechanics): co-op.
The enraged community fought back by leaving negative reviews, especially since the game had been at a discount not too long ago (before the announcement).

Thankfully, Fae Farm's fate took a turn for the better when a collective of videogame leaders (comprised of Gambit Digital, Game Cloud Network, Pure Wonder Interactive, and Phatty Acid) acquired the game, including ongoing IP rights.
While Gambit Digital will serve as the title's new publisher, the entire group is hoping to work together in hopes of enhancing Fae Farm and players' experiences with it long-term.
This means the community can look forward to future announcements about the adventure through Azoria! Pascal Nataf, Co-Founder of Gambit Digital, said:

Fae Farm has captured the hearts of players around the world, and we're honored to help guide its next chapter. As a studio rooted in Canada, we're especially proud that this partnership will ensure Fae Farm remains a Canadian IP, one that continues to celebrate its community while staying true to the spirit that made Azoria so special in the first place.
It's refreshing to see this sudden chaotic ending to the wholesome title take a turn for the better, and a grim reminder of why the Stop Killing Games initiative is so important.
Obviously, this is the moment to jump into Azoria! Fae Farms is available right now on Steam.
