Farming Simulator 19 Makes Environmental Push in Free EU-Supported DLC

Precision Farming, the upcoming  science-based free DLC for Farming Simulator 19 has been developed in conjunction with EIT Food, a branch of the EU which seeks to improve agricultural knowledge and processes across Europe. The DLC will release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on the 8th December.

The DLC introduces processes like soil sampling, yield improvement and economic analysis—processes crucial to modern-day farming—in an effort to help Farming Simulator 19 more accurately reflect the realities of modern farming and inform players accordingly. By assessing and micromanaging the pH values and nitrogen content of their various plots, players will be able to more effectively manage their farm and make decisions in the name of economic and environmental-friendliness.

The Precision Farming DLC releases free for all owners of Farming Simulator 19 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
