Former Paranautical Activity Developer Returns

After stepping down from the company, wishing to distance them from his tweets threatening Valve MD Gabe Newell, Paranautical Activity co-developer Mike Maulbeck has returned to Code Avarice.

This return has apparently been due to an inability to find work in the three weeks since his departure, as the blog post on the Code Avarice website says:

Looking for a new source of income was extremely overwhelming and when it finally came time to put pen to paper, Mike and Travis agreed the best thing to do would be to have Mike return to Code Avarice

In an effort to avoid any future personal attacks being treated as company wrote, Code Avarice have opened a company Twitter account. All tweets will be proofread by both developers before they are published. This is to avoid another incident getting any future projects removed from Steam, as what happened to Paranautical Activity.

And they already have a new project in the pipelines. The blog post goes on to say that there will be more information soon, but leaves us with this titbit:

for now you can get excited over the tagline "Left 4 Dead meets Timesplitters meets Painkiller".
