Future Games Show GC 2025: Halloween
When John Carpenter’s classic horror movie, Halloween, was released in 1978, it wasn’t a sure thing. The main character had a cheap Captain Kirk mask, the budget was tight in general, and it was a relatively independent production. However, four decades later, the unnatural movements and silent terror of Michael Myers are still alive and well in the horror genre.
In the latest addition to this mythos, Halloween, you will be able to put on the mask and show the people of Haddonfield what true horror is, or play as a Civilian to end his terrible plans. In this one-versus-many title, you’ll have to rely on stealth, smart plays, and the shadows as you aim to avoid or bring a horrible end. Play by yourself in story mode or against bots, or go online and see who is the ultimate slasher!
Halloween will unleash Michael Myers onto Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and Epic Game Stores in 2026.
