Get Ready for Animal Crossing: New Horizons' Upcoming "Festivale" Event

Get on those dancing shoes! The feather-filled "Festivale" update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons is launching tomorrow! From the 28th January through to the 15th January, your Animal Crossing: New Horizons island will be swelling with the excitement of the Festivale (read: Mardi Gras) festivities!

There's nothing quite like the warm, fuzzy feeling that comes from a new Animal Crossing: New Horizons update. New items, exciting events and lovable visitors always manage to brighten up our days and weeks despite everything in the real world trying its damnedest to bring us down. What'll be new in your island in the coming month? Read on to find out:

New Horizons "Festivale" Update

What's New?

• The Festivale Event (15th February) - Welcome dancing peacock Pavé to town for the Festivale event! Collect enough feathers for your new amply-feathered friend and receive a celebratory dance number in return,
• New Reactions - Purchasable for a limited time in Nooks Cranny are a series of new in-game reactions.
• New Costumes - A series of Festivale-themed clothes and accessories will be available to buy from the Able Sisters. This is a limited-time offer too, so act quick.
• Seasonal Items - From the 1st -14th February, a selection of seasonal items (including lots of heart-related ones) will be available at Nook Shopping.

The Festivale content for Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be available from the 28th January until the 15th February. And stay tuned for more updates; there's one planned for March—no telling what it'll be!
