Get Your Game Idea Made with BrightLocker
We've posted before about Kickstarters, Indiegogo campaigns and even the odd bundle full of software to make a videogame. Those require money or skill -- but now you don't need either to make your game idea a reality.
BrightLocker has just opened its doors, calling itself a crowd-development platform. All you need to take part is an idea, and if enough people like it you can see it become a reality!
Here's how it works (if you can't watch the video above):
- You have an idea
- You post it up
- It gets voted on in six rounds of voting
- Out of the top 30, it enters two more rounds of voting
- If it wins, it gets made by a set of developers
- More games begin getting voted on
You can vote on some games right now over at their website. Some of the titles in the current round of voting are: Deserted Island, Possession and Donald Trump's hair escape. If that doesn't make you want to take part, then we don't know what will!
The more you take part, the more input you will get to have in the game design, and the more you will get out of it. If your idea is made, that's literal as you get paid!
