GOG’s Annual Insomnia Sale is Here to Stop You Sleeping
If you’re not familiar with the GOG Insomnia sale, then you might not know about the deals and offers that come from this stock limited, sleep deprivation event. In a nutshell, the idea is that you get a slew of offers which run on throughout the night, meaning that those who work night shifts or suffer from Insomnia will get the best deals while everyone else is asleep.
The idea is similar to a Warehouse Clearance. GOG will have a limited amount of “stock” of each particular game that’s on offer. The price is reduced to a silly amount for a spell and the number of people who can buy at that price is limited. Once the maximum is reached, the offer ends and another is released.
We’ve already seen some cracking deals, including 80% off Terraria, a 50% off deal for The Witcher 3 and 80% off of Darksiders As well as the deals, the company are also streaming some of the best games from the sale on their Twitch channel. With 20 streamers and 100 hours of gameplay, they’re planning on the all-nighter to end all-nighters. For more details on the sale, click here to visit GOG’s website.

Last year's sale had multiple titles on sale for a few hours each. This time it's a single title on sale per time. It's certainly one way to prompt spur of the moment purchases!
No, I haven't bought five already, shut up!
