Hegemony III: Clash of the Ancients to be Released this Summer

Longbow Games have announced that Hegemony III: Clash of the Ancients will be released this summer for Steam and other major digital retailers. This new chapter in the series will be set within the forests and hills of Ancient Italy.

The player controls one of 25+ factions to battle. Mixing RTS gameplay with the ability to pause, players will be able to control their armies to execute strategic plans while tweaking minor details mid combat. But war isn't without costs. Players will also have to manage the resources of an empire to allow growth and prosperity. Also with the ability to create worlds within the game using Steam Workshop, Hegemony III: Clash of the Ancients will hopefully have some good replayability. 

A game that allows players time to think about the optimal strategy while allowing minor adjustments or improvisation mid battle. Hegemony III: Clash of the Ancients will hopefully allow everyone to feel the thrill of war.
