Horizon Zero Dawn Gets a Release Date, New Trailer

Guerrilla's upcoming post post-apocalyptic RPG has a new release date. Originally tipped for an Autumn 2016 release, Guerrilla's first step away from the Killzone franchise will now release on 1st March 2017 and 3rd March 2017 in the UK.

This puts to bed recent rumours from neogaf user Shinobi602, that the title would be delayed into next year to bring it in line with the release window of the PS4-Neo.

Rumours also began circulating when Polyphony, another Sony first-party studio, announced Gran Turismo Sport would be releasing in the November, which would have put Sony in a situation where two first party properties would go head to head.

What's more, we also got a better look at the upcoming robo-dinosaur RPG with the release of a new trailer, have a look above.

In it, we see more bow and arrow action, twinned with some gritty drama hinting towards the origin of the female protagonist, Aloy.

Expect to see more on the Sony first party front during E3 next week, where we will have everything covered.
