Is Crash Bandicoot set to Return?
Back in April, we caused a bit of a stir with a few readers with an April fools gag that suggesting Crash Bandicoot was coming back. This wasn't entirely based on fiction. Although the bit about being Microsoft exclusive was made up, there have been hints that the marsupial will return for a little while now, including this tweet from Sony's middle east division:

We now have a much more concrete suggestion that the series is returning, with one of the game's voice actors stating on twitter that he's been asked to reprise some of his roles. The tweet has now been deleted, but eagle eyed readers of internet forum Neogaf too a screenshot it before it was removed.

With a Crash Bandicoot scene in Uncharted 4 showing Nathan Drake playing the game in his down time, featuring new game content, there's rumblings that Naughty Dog might be about to return to their most famous series of the PS1 days. The IP, at the last time we checked was owned by Activision, but their name is not mentioned in the credits of the new Uncharted game referring to Crash Bandicoot, which is simply listed as property of Sony. Could this mean that the game will be returning to its rightful home? Who knows, but one thing's for sure, we won't be making any more jokes about it, this just got serious!
