Issues for Xbox Live Leave Gamers Without Online Access
There's been a few issues this week at Xbox Live, but none that were too much for Microsoft to handle. Or so we thought. Whilst the issues that we've been seeing have been a small handful of users, that's been growing steadily, and now, it appears that a major outage has occurred. Just a few hours ago, Xbox Support posted the following tweet:
Are you unable to purchase/download items from the marketplace? The right teams are on the case! Check: https://t.co/99xfLMWcZW for info!

Followed a couple of hours later by this one:
We thank you for hanging in there as we investigate sign in/accessing content on Xbox One. Stay tuned to: https://t.co/99xfLMWcZW for info!

It's the latest in a line of woes for the online service, with another outage coming at Christmas courtesy of internet pranksters this year. No nefarious purposes have been suggested so far for this outage, but neither have they been ruled out. For now though, it looks those online games of Rocket League are just going to have to wait for Xbox One users.
