League of Legends Reveals the Next Hall of Legends Inductee
Introduced last year, Riot Games' Hall of Legends is an honorary title created by them to bring some of the best esports players in League of Legends to the limelight. While Faker deserved the clear first spot, this exciting opportunity for esports enjoyers was overshadowed by the $500 Immortalized Legend Ahri skin and the Battle Pass that accompanied it.
We've seen the rise of the gacha machine in the form of The Sanctum, as the backlash didn't stop Riot Games from moving forward with monetisation practices that the industry was unhappy with. Despite the controversies, ups, and downs that the team has had, it's time for the new Hall of Legends inductee to join the ranks of Faker.
For 2025, the new member to the Hall of Legends is none other than Uzi, and this was presented in a pretty epic trailer teasing the upcoming documentary about the player. Despite never winning a World Championship, Uzi is championed for epic Vayne gameplay and ADC prowess.
The trailer has garnered a lot of love and affection from the players, and we're yet to see if this will come with a new Immortalized Legend skin (likely for Vayne) priced similarly to that of Faker's Ahri. Despite the anticipation, players are very positive about the new induction, and they are happy to see that Uzi has earned a well-deserved spot as the second member of the Hall of Legends.
