Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time Announcement Trailer
Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time has been announced to be released early 2018, looking to be a digital only release on PS4 and PC.
Set in the titular world of Little Witch Academia, you will take the lead of Atsuko “Akko” Kagari, enrolling at Luna Nova Magical Academy (think Hogwarts from Harry Potter). Featuring an orginal story, Akko and her group of friends will be challanged by the Seven Wonders as they seek to unravel its secrets and its inexplicable phenomenon in the Luna Nova. This game will be a side scrolling beat ‘em up RPG. Aesthetically this game will look very Anime, similar to the Naruto Shippuden Storm series.
For those interested in watching this and understanding the premise and characterisation, the original anime is available currently on Netflix.

I'd say the art is more Toriyama-esque than Kishimoto.

I would argue otherwise since Toriyama has much more rigid lines when it comes his style of drawing compared to kishimoto, which in this trailer is a lot more rounded in terms of art style. Although is this is a classic Trigger-esq look, so it'd be cool to see how zanny it gets.
