Medals of War, a New WW2 Mobile Game Announced by Nitro Games

War has long been a staple of video games. As wars go, World War II is probably the most famous, certainly the most recent of its scale in history. It’s been a source of inspiration for countless game designers, and now Nitro Games are taking inspiration from its events.

Medals of War is set in what Nitro are calling “a unique fantasy of WW2”, w here the player assumes the role of a Commander. Players will choose unique Officers to lead their armies and use their powers to turn the tide of the battle! It’s a PvP strategy title that doesn’t take its subject matter quite as seriously as some.

“With Medals of War we’re bringing the ‘cool stuff’ of WW2 on touch screens - explosions, action, brave soldiers, epic vehicles of war and generally the all-out mayhem that is WW2. All this in a humorous, tongue-in-cheek world.
