Mega Man 11 Announced For 2018 Release

After an eight-year break from the mainline series Capcom have announced the next installment of the series, Mega Man 11. 

Revealed during the Mega Man 30th Anniversary livestream, the new title was revealed with a short trailer. The title will be taking a step away from the usual visual style of the series and will be sporting a 2.5D aesthetic. The trailer gives us a brief look at what we can expect in the new title include some levels, boss fights and even the robo-dog. It's a short but impressive trailer that is sure to make fans of the series happy. Little else is know about the title at this point. 

In other Mega Man news, the Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 and 2 are making their way to the Nintendo Switch next year and the Mega Man X series is also coming to current consoles. 

Mega Man 11 will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
