Middle Earth Shadow Of War Delayed

Middle-earth: Shadow Of War has been delayed until 10th October 2017, Warner. Bros has revealed.

The game, which was originally slated to debut on 22 August, has been delayed in order to allow the developer to maintain a constant quality throughout the title, which would be difficult to maintain with an earlier release date. In a statement released to the public following the delay's confirmation, Monolith, the game's developer stated "As with Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Monolith is committed to delivering the highest quality experience,” “In order to do this, we have made the difficult decision to move our launch date to ensure that Middle-earth: Shadow of War will deliver on that promise.”

However, the developer also confirmed that Shadow Of War will be present at E3 2017 which beings on 13 June, although it is not known what form this showcase will take.
