MilitAnt Coming to PS4, PS Vita and PC

It seems like only a few weeks ago that we were lamenting the lack of games out now featuring ants. The industrious insects are something we don't see all that often as good guys in video games. But MilitAnt is an exception to that trend. 

Putting you in the guise of a group of ants protecting their colony from a termite invasion, MilitAnt is a old-school run and gun game, coming to the PS4 and Steam on July the 12th for $9.99. Yes, ants can operate guns, that's totally a thing.

MilitAnt opens with a sudden invasion. Termites have overrun the Ants’ colony! All seems lost. And yet, one brave Ant warrior rises to the challenge, striking back.

From the familiar depths of the colony’s mines, he must venture into the strange world above. When not soaring through the sky or visiting the Beetles’ mysterious realm, he’s escaping from the jungle or being hunted in a bleak wasteland: each stage of the journey is beautiful yet dangerous, exotic and unique.
