Next Hearthstone Patch Will Bring Golden Heroes

Blizzard have announced on the official Hearthstone Facebook Page that Golden Heroes are coming soon to the game.

The animations in the video above are taken from the new animated golden heroes. When you hit 500 wins in Ranked Play mode with any given Hero, that particular Hero will become golden permanently. Golden Heroes will also gain unique animations for their portrait and Hero Power. 

This feature is due to go live in the next Hearthstone patch. Once live you will be able to track your progress with any given Hero on the deck selection screen in Ranked Play mode.

Soon your heroes will be able to match your hard earned golden cards.
