Niantic Announce Harry Potter Wizards Unite

Niantic Labs, the makers of Pokémon GO and Ingress have announced another step in their domination of Augmented Reality mobile entertainment with Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. 

Players that have been dreaming of throwing curses at the cretin playing music from their phonespeakers on the bus will finally get the chance to experience J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World, learning spells, exploring their real-world neighborhoods and cities to discover & fight legendary beasts and team up with others to take down powerful enemies.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and WB Games San Francisco have teamed up with Niantic Labs to bring the world of muggles and magical folk to the mobile space and the whole of Niantic's mobile experience will be thrown at it with added mechanics and toys.
