Nintendo Slash Prices in Their Easter Sale Including 3DS XL Under £100
It's Easter. The time of year when people like to indulge in the over-consumption of chocolate, sit in traffic jams between their house and the beach, and watch repeats of James Bond films on the telly. If none of those things take your fancy though, then there's always bank holiday sales on to bag yourself some cheap stuff.
This year, Nintendo are celebrating the season with a sale on a number of consoles and games. They've cut the price on a number of 3DS XL bundles, most of them coming with a free amiibo reader and at least one game. With prices starting at £99.99 for a black unit with NES Remix (or, peculiarly, without it if you hate free games for some reason), it's the cheapest that the console has been available for since launch. Sadly, there aren't any deals on the confusingly named "New 3DS". In a move that we are very much in favour of, every single 3DS deal comes with an included charger, something that isn't normally included in the box, much to the frustration of many unsuspecting buyers.
There's software deals as well as hardware on too. Including a free soft 8-bit plushy Mario if you spend over £100 (see what we did there?). You can pick up Bayonetta 2 on the Wii U for only a tenner, Wii Fit U with the board and pedometer accessories for just £36, and save yourself 65% on Pokémon Art Acadamy by snapping it up for £10.50 in the sale.
