No Man's Sky Gets Xbox One Release and Multiplayer Update in July

No Man's Sky Gets Xbox One Release and Multiplayer Update in July

When No Man's Sky Launched in 2016, many people had a magical two to three initial hours before they realized they had just paid full AAA price for a tech demo that was forced to release far before it was finished. However, after several massive updates, the big, beautiful shell of a game may finally become the space-faring, world-exploring, ship-collecting, alien-blasting adventure we were promised nearly two years ago.

While No Man's Sky coming to Xbox One is somewhat important, as the the new player-base will provide a fresh set of eyes with which to view the game, the bigger announcement for players who've been with this title for the long haul is implementation of multiplayer, which will come in a free update that will release on the same day as the Xbox release.

While this new update and release may not be the call for people who were burnt by the original release to go out and repurchase the game, new players will probably have an excellent adventure, and folks who've held onto their copy will have reason to find a couple of friends and explore the universe together.

No Man's Sky and the NEXT Update release on the 27th of July in Europe and on the 24th in North America.

This is sounding more and more like something I'd spend £9.99 on.

It would be a genuinely great game if you can find a copy of it for cheap or free. A friend of mine has a copy of it just lying around somewhere so I'll just borrow it come July and dive in with a couple of buddies.

Calburry, what platform and what sort of price you looking for, I would be more than happy to keep an eye out for it.

Well, in that case, I'd be looking to play it on PS4, my price range would be no more than $20.

I was about to say the same Ace, then checked my Steam and seems I already have it, I honestly do not remember buying this. :(
