Pacific Drive Reveals First Major DLC in the Whispers in the Woods Trailer!

Ironwood Studios and Kepler Interactive have revealed Pacific Drive's first major DLC expansion in the form of Pacific Drive: Whispers in the Woods. 

In the DLC, you'll return to the Olympic Exclusion Zone where a group of Anomaly-obsessed fanatics have established a group. As you drive along in your reliable station wagon, you'll find strange symbols and effigies, as well as new dangers and mysteries within the woods. Plus, there are Artifacts that will add some unusual and inexplicable effects to your gameplay experience.

Travelling the woods, you'll discover new junction types, anomalies, and anomaly behaviours the deeper you delve into the Zone. You'll learn more about the fanatics as you interact with their altars and use their Artifacts, which you can of course, adorn your station wagon with alongside other new parts.

Having first launched in February 2024, Pacific Drive has sold over a million units on both PlayStation 5 and PC. While there have been more free content updates, this will be the first DLC expansion, with Whispers in the Woods being a third of the size of the base game. 

The good news is that you can play the DLC at any point after the first few hours of the base gameplay. So, if you want to explore more of the Olympic Exclusion Zone? Well, Pacific Drive: Whisper in the Woods will be arriving later this year on both PC and PlayStation 5.
