Plague Inc: Evolved Releases Latest DLC — Aliens & Anti-Vaxxers

Ndemic Creations' Plague Inc: Evolved launched over 10 years ago, on the 18th of February 2016. Taking on the role of the villain, players are tasked to become a plague and infect all of humanity, bringing about an extinction event.

Now, 10 years after the launch, Plague Inc: Evolved has received its second DLC, titled Plague Inc: Aliens & Anti-Vaxxers. The pretty self-explanatory name gives players an idea about what sort of content they can expect.

Priced at £5.99, this DLC brings about new scenarios and opportunities for players to take on the role of a special disease type. Raining down from meteors, players can take on the role of an alien species trying to crystalise all of humanity, getting the opportunity to play with all-new rules and infection properties.

Humans will, in turn, race to research how to stop the alien species, much like regular runs of Plague Inc: Evolved, deploying specialists to try to stop the crystalline spread. This new disease should offer a new gameplay element for veterans of the title who want to experience more than just diseases.

Plague Inc: Aliens & Anti-Vaxxers also brings about six new scenarios for players to try out. Here are the six scenarios available:

• Zombies vs. Earth
• Anti-Vax
• Hell on Earth
• Herd Immunity
• Measles
• Cure Mania

And for those who won't be purchasing the newest DLC, there's also a new official scenario for them to enjoy: Leprosy. This is available for all players for free!
