Planet Coaster 2 Brings New Update 6 with New Free Content

The highly anticipated sequel to Planet Coaster has been out for a few months now, and Frontier Developments hasn't stopped with their content launches. Update 6 is launching soon, and it's bringing a slew of content for players to partake with.

The latest trailer shows off some of the content that players can expect from Update 6, giving a few highlights to what you can expect. Some of the content is coming from the original entry, so fans of the franchise will recognise the features.

Here's what will be new in Update 6 for Planet Coaster 2:

• Modular Souvenir Shops, where you'll be able to create your own or use pre-made Planet Coaster–themed ones for your park.
• Place photo kiosks, where you can sell pictures of guests in roller-coasters, all of which you can place around the world, with a preview of them so you can find the best location to get the most significant reactions.
• Fairytale and Pirate Theme return from Planet Coaster 2.
• De-themed coasters.
• The Coriolis flat ride returns from the original game, built from the ground up for the new entry.
• Additional enhancements.

Update 6 for Planet Coaster 2 will launch on the 30th of June 2025.
