Plays.tv Leaves Beta

PC gaming community client Raptr have launched a new service called Plays.tv.

Plays.tv is a new community that is for watching and sharing clips up to 90 seconds long, works for any PC game to create your own personal highlight reel!

It works seamlessly through the Raptr client and AMD Gaming Evolved’s GVR capture features, but it also works on its own with the new Plays.tv client, which is available now.

You can use the client to edit clips before you post them up, add hashtags and a description - and basically use it like Instagram or Vine.

Bear in mind that there are minimum system requirements, but nowhere on the site does it say exactly what these are - only that the client will benchmark your PC and decide whether it's good enough and not tell you why it isn't, if it isn't.
