'Project: Ban Pan' is Making PUBG Players Think Twice About Cheating

PUBG Corporation's anti-cheat team is a sleek, sexy task-force straight out of a Hollywood movie; at least, according to the company's recent 'Behind the Game' video they are. The promotional video (found above) dramatises a real-life case of cheating in PUBG MOBILE and demonstrates how the anti-cheat team is bringing the hammer of justice down on ne'er do wells everywhere.

'Project: Ban Pan', PUBG Corporation's long-term anti-cheat initiative is continuing to implement new ways to keep morally upstanding players free from cheaters. As part of that, in an update launching on 3rd March, a 'Death Replay' feature will be added to the game, letting players view their own death through their killer's perspective. It's just another tool in the shared arsenal of players and developers to help keep the game competitive and fair.

'Project: Ban Pan' has been a resounding success. According to PUBG MOBILE's figures, the team's efforts have reduced reports of cheaters by "90%" compared to the peak. Additionally, "8,000 accounts are banned for 10 years every single day".

Cheaters beware: the anti-cheat task-force is after you...

PUBG MOBILE Version 0.17.0 will release on mobile devices on 3rd March.
