Rainbow Six Siege Outbreak Trailer Released

Rainbow Six Siege has been teasing a new event by the name of Outbreak for some time. Now, we have more details and a trailer. 

The event is set to mark the start of the third year for Rainbow Six Siege where plenty of new content will be added. With the Outbreak event however, players will have to join forces and work together to take down an unknown enemy. Posting on the official blog the event is described as follows: 

"A few days ago, a mysterious space capsule crashed near Truth or Consequences in New Mexico. It turned out to be carrying an exotic parasite, the Apex, which infected the area and turned the town’s populace into monsters. The Quarantine Zone is the only thing keeping it contained but it will not last for long. If the parasite gets out, it would be a disaster of global proportions. Millions would die. Rainbow’s mission is to enter the devastated town and destroy the parasite’s roots before this happens."

Outbreak will be free to all players start on 6th March to 3rd April. 

Rainbow Six Siege is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
